It was clean with really helpful staff. The breakfast was large and delicious, featured lots of meals. This hotel was nice and I would have extended the stay.

Bathrooms need serious upgrades with unpleasant odors!!! Hardly any privacy with common areas visible from large windows!!! Improve security with proper working locks instead of relying on a sleeping guard!!!

Would have extended the stay, the hotel was clean, and location in the middle of jackson was great. The room for the water pro lem. The food was good - lots of options. We spent VERY COMFORTABLE time and did not want to leave there.

Oh, where do i begin? The pool was dirty, and the air conditioning in my room was barely functional. I was almost going to give a good review when i noticed no one even acknowledged my plea for a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but honestly, i just couldn't deal with the lack of hospitality.

The staff's warm hospitality really stood out, especially Paola at the front desk who made us feel welcome and prioritized our comfort throughout our stay.

We really loved the attention to detail in the facilities, it's like they really cared about making it nice for families like ours. But man, the breakfast was insane-big portions that actually filled us up before a long day at the beach.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was worth it for the experience.

the hotel is just a few steps from the beach, making it super convenient for morning strolls, and the nearby Sipacate-Naranjo National Park is a great spot for nature lovers to explore fine landscapes.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend breather in El Paredon Buena Vista with reasonable price. The bar staff were friendly and made great recommendations for local rum that turned out to be a hit at the pool. Check out other local eateries to enjoy authentic meals at better prices.

had an amazing time at pacifico, even better than my previous stay in el paredon. the pool was a dream, and the vibe was super chill. exploring the city was so fun, and the food was a highlight too!
